Hi Wendy. Thanks re the Nieman article -- it was a tough truth to put out there, but I've heard a lot of response to it. I have no clue how to deal with local in my hometown of Philly, at least at the scale of the Inquirer. (You guys at the DN always seemed to know your target a whole lot better -- and thankfully it was tighter.) I grew up in Bucks County and, when I go back and visit, wonder what I'd read ... and in what format.
