- I've been teacing since August 2007. Before that I was an editor and reporter for more than 30 years. I spent 21 of those years at The Detroit News, including the last three as managing editor. I helped to integrate the online and print staffs in my final years at the newspaper. Now, I'm trying to learn as much of the hands-on parts of multimedia journalism as possible.
