I'm a recent graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, but am no stranger to the industry. I worked in a classroom news environment (all positions) and spent 8 months working full time as a one-man-band reporter for a professional local news station. I have also served as a writer/editor for UL Lafayette's newspaper, The Vermilion.
Right now I am working as a creative assistant at LITE (www.lite3d.com)
I'm a photographer that wants to learn video. I think mixing stills with video could be a powerful storytelling tool. I've been producing some multimedia to tie in with photo essays i do for the LC AmPress. (http://www.americanpress.com/lc/blogs/wpphotos/?cat=8)
I've been pretty good. Just working on getting some jobs so I can make movies in the meantime. We are going to be producing another movie early next year and if you're interested in helping out I'd love to have you on board. We should be done with Learning to Fly pretty soon and screening it shortly after. I'll keep you updated on it. TAN is still a work in progress but you will certainly have a part for sure. Got any new projects in the works?
